As we reported yesterday, this is now confirmed by the General Staff. Colonel Artem Martynenko has been appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. An IT specialist and chief architect of the DELTA combat system, Martynenko will be responsible, among other areas, for the digitalization of Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
