❗️Russia has restricted airspace over the Kapustin Yar missile test range from Sept. 28 through Oct. 3, with daily closures from 09:00 to 19:00. Similar restrictions were imposed before previous Oreshnik launches, though Russia currently says it is conducting ballistic tests.
