Ukraine could unlock another €2.9 billion under the Ukraine Plan by implementing agreed reforms, EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos said. She urged the government, parliament and other institutions to unite in a "toloka" of reforms, stressing that EU financing and reforms must go hand in hand. Kos said reforms strengthen trust among partners and investors while supporting Ukraine’s institutions, public finances and rule of law.
