Ukrainian monitoring channels claim that eight tanks caught fire at Russia’s Samara LPDS: five 20,000 m³ and three 50,000 m³ tanks. Pipelines and a pumping station were also damaged. They estimate losses from the tanks and stored oil at around $200 million.
