Ukraine’s HUR has published details of a new Russian Geran-4 jet-powered drone variant used since this autumn. It adds the Susannin optical-electronic correlation navigation system and a PNI5GA magnetometer working with the SADRA inertial module to improve autonomous navigation accuracy. HUR says Russia also introduced a KRSN shaped-charge cutting warhead intended to sever bridge structures and overhead power-line supports, while replacing the Chinese Telefly engine with a Russian-made equivalent.
