It puts personnel losses at about 1,545,950, including 1,690 over the past day. The tally also includes 12,396 tanks, 25,498 armored vehicles, 50,836 artillery systems, 443 aircraft, 356 helicopters, 35 ships and boats, two submarines and 5,126 cruise missiles.
