Montenegrin authorities detained Mikhail Zvinchuk, head of the Russian Rybar network, along with his wife Valeria and three others in Risan, Vijesti reports. Police and Montenegro’s National Security Agency are conducting an operation targeting suspected hybrid activities by the network. Vijesti says British and US authorities have linked Rybar to Kremlin propaganda and foreign influence operations, while the UK has sanctioned Zvinchuk.
