The Times, citing sources in Poland and Lithuania, reports that Russia could deploy up to 100 nuclear warheads in Kaliningrad, close to NATO borders. Satellite imagery also shows construction of a large radar system 32 km from Poland and 64 km from Lithuania. The system is reportedly capable of detecting missiles, ships and aircraft at distances of up to 3,200 km, potentially covering the United Kingdom. Over the past four years, Kaliningrad has also become a hub for GPS interference. Lithuania estimates Russia has deployed at least 36 antennas there to spoof navigation signals.
