❗️Nearly €60 billion from the Ukraine Support Loan is earmarked for Ukraine's defense needs in 2026-2027. Kyiv presented 2027 priorities including FPV drone production and middle- and deep-strike capabilities. Ukraine and EU representatives also discussed joint ventures, the Drone Deal initiative and stronger procurement oversight through competitive tenders, e-auctions, audits and risk-based contractor checks.
