Ukraine’s Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets says a joint Ukraine-Russia center will be created to help return civilians. He also says monthly humanitarian aid deliveries to occupied Oleshky have been agreed. During the ceasefire, bodies of fallen Ukrainian soldiers and civilians were removed from a hospital and are now expected to be returned to Ukrainian-controlled territory. Lubinets also said there were no Russian military movements under cover of the truce.
