Editorial comment

The Bulgarian Parliament - a place where laws are born and the hope of civil debate dies. While in other countries MPs are arguing over policies, ours are competing who will come up with a more creative insult. "Rogon" in plenary? Why not? "Punch his can"? Classic. At least we're world leaders in something - parliamentary hooliganism.
