🇺🇸 Maverick County — #Texas DPS troopers arrested two suspected human smugglers after a high-speed pursuit on US-277 near the Texas-Mexico border.According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the driver of a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Cuban national Yoisdelvis Nunez Acosta, fled the vehicle after a PIT maneuver and ran into the brush but was quickly apprehended. Troopers also located a red Ram 1500 scout vehicle driven by Alexander Rodriguez Acosta of Phoenix, Arizona.Both men were charged with six counts of smuggling of persons.
